MOUNTING OPTIONS
The beauty of these skulls and your commission is that they are all unique, so depending on your brief we can find mounting options to suit, ranging from more traditional shields, to embellished art itself.
(example of creating the negative with one painted skull and plain background and one plain skull with painted background)

Bell jars are optional ranging in size again to reflect the skulls needs.

Below are some examples of how the skulls are adorned, along with their different mounting and display options.

Many different techniques can be used depending on your end specification, from oil dipping to collage, to the artwork being solely in the mounting options rather than the painting/adorning the skull. A variety of different materials can be used, including real pheasant/duck/partridge feathers and real taxidermy insects.
Traditional shield mounts, made from either natural cut wood, or shaped, and in some cased adorned with your favoured style.
Bell Jars
Here are our bell jars.... available in different sizes to suit skulls. Also able to create more a scene within, we can add our taxidermy butterflies.
Hanging Mounts and other options
For some of our larger skulls, we choose to hang with a simple ribbon design, though shield mounting is also available. We also mount on other background substrates including cork, and bespoke printed and dyed fabric. Here are some examples of other styles of presentation for your artworks.
